Who Speclialist Work With The Race Disparity Unit is a multi-disciplinary team covering policy, data and digital work streams. As well as policy officials, statisticians, analysts, and social researchers, the digital team includes developers, front-end designer, user researcher, delivery manager, content designers, product manager and service manager - this will change to reflect priorities and needs over time. What Specialists Work On Work in an agile, multi-disciplinary team, primarily with front-end designer, developer(s), product manager and service manager. Provide technical leadership, collaborate on roadmaps and priorities, and deliver high quality code in line with the project goals and delivery cycles. Overall responsibility for technical delivery and support of Ethnicity facts and figures on GOV.UK. Where the Work Takes Place 1 Horseguards Road, London SW1A 2HQ Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Our team is based in Horse Guards. Occasional remote working is accepted, but will primarily be co-located onsite with the existing team. We work Mon-Fri with usual office hours. Travel to user research sessions at various London locations is expected. Work Location 1 Horseguards Road, London SW1A 2HQ Security Clearance CTC is required to work at 1 Horse Guards. Minimum of baseline clearance (BPSS) is required for the work itself.
