Tender description

Pressure Area Care Products and Services in 5 Lots (plus sub-lots) to cover bed-frames, mattresses, cushions, crash mats and heel devices. Bariatric sizes are included along with both purchase and hire options and community and acute requirements. Each Lot/sub-lot will be awarded to a single supplier. Lot 1 consists of 12 sub-lots as follows: Lot 1A Acute Rental — Static (Level 2 and 3). Lot 1B Acute Rental — Powered (Levels 2 and 3). Lot 1C Acute Purchase — Static (Level 2 and 3). Lot 1D Acute Purchase — Powered(Levels 2 and 3). Lot 1E Community Purchase — Static (Full Replacement and overlay). Lot 1F Community Purchase — Powered (Full replacement Levels 2 and 3, and, overlay to Level 2). Lot 1G Bariatric Acute Rental — Static (Level 1). Lot 1H Bariatric Acute Rental — Powered (level 3). Lot 1I Bariatric Acute Purchase — Static (Level 1). Lot 1J Bariatric Purchase — Powered (level 3). Lot 1K Bariatric Community Purchase — Static (Level 1). Lot 1L Bariatric Community Purchase — Powered (Level 3). Tenderers may bid for as many of these sub-lots as they wish. Each sub-lot will be awarded to a single supplier. Lot 2 is the supply of pressure relieving static cushions — one single supplier will be awarded this Lot. Lot 3 is Static Pressure Relieving Heel Devices — one single supplier will be awarded this Lot. Lot 4 — Static Crash Mats — one single supplier will be awarded this Lot. Lot 5 consists of 6 sub-lots as follows: Lot 5A Acute Purchase & Rental Bedframe. Lot 5B Community Purchase Bedframe. Lot 5C Acute Low Entry Purchase & Rental Bedframe. Lot 5D Community Low Entry Purchase Bedframe. Lot 5E Acute Bariatric Low Entry & Standard Purchase & Rental. Lot 5F Community Bariatric Purchase. Tenderers may bid for as many of these sub-lots as they wish. Each sub-lot will be awarded to a single supplier.
