Tender description
A preliminary cost scoping exercise to gain a priced option for the procurement of three (3) complete sets of AEW MK1 MSR antenna refurbishment components and to complete the refurbishment activity on one (1) AEW MK1 MSR antenna. The Air ISTAR Project Team, part of the UK Ministry of Defence, has a requirement for the provision of components and support to the sustainability of the Main Surveillance Radar (MSR) Antenna System for its fleet of Sentry AEW Mk 1 aircraft. A contract with Northrop Grumman UK Ltd will be placed for the initial phase of a project. The initial phase will involve a preliminary cost scoping exercise to gain a priced option for the procurement of three (3) complete sets of AEW MK1 MSR antenna refurbishment components and to complete the refurbishment activity on one (1) AEW MK1 MSR antenna.
