Tender description
Norfolk County Council is the lead partner for the Interreg 2 Seas ENDURE project. ENDURE stands for ENsuring DUne REsilience against Climate Change and aims to improve adaptation capacity to climate change by focusing on 2 Seas coastal sand dunes. The council wishes to procure the services of a contractor to deliver a mapping tool which will visualise and demonstrate dune resilience across the 2 Seas territorial area. The mapping will be based upon existing databases such as MorphAn and will assist with dune management decision making. The programme area covers http://www.interreg2seas.eu/en/content/programme-area
