TS15004 - Supply of Externally Hosted Live Online Lessons, Asynchronous Learning and Associated Services

Tender description

Tenders are being invited for the provision of Externally Hosted Live Online Lessons and Asynchronous Learning and Associated Services. The Council requires the successful Tenderer to: • Provide Live Online Lessons consistent with National Curriculum expectations to meet the needs of Derbyshire students who are currently unable to access mainstream education provision; • Provide associated Asynchronous Learning Activities; • Work in collaboration with staff from Derbyshire Children’s Services to manage and monitor the attainment and progress of Students accessing the provision; • Ensure effective Safeguarding of all Students accessing the provision; and • Provide associated services which will include implementation, account management, training, support and maintenance. This requirement has not been separated into lots as the Council has a single requirement for seamless integration, generation of efficiencies and the primary contractor having full responsibility for delivery of the Solution. This tender is being advertised in OJEU and a contract notice was submitted on 16 October 2017. The Council requires a commercially available, fully functional Solution.
