Provision of Trustwide Taxi Services to Tees Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust THE SERVICE • The service must be available at any time of the day or night, including weekends, bank holidays and public holidays 24/7 365 days a year. • Contractors must ensure an adequate number of cars are available to meet service needs including emergency calls which may arise throughout the night, at weekends, and bank holidays. • The service will be awarded in Lots across 7 areas: o Lot 1 Durham & Darlington o Lot 2 Teesside o Lot 3 Hartlepool o Lot 4 Scarborough & Malton o Lot 5 Harrogate o Lot 6 Northallerton o Lot 7 York & Selby The contract is for 12 months with the option for a further 2 x 12 month extensions.
