To procure a Contractor(s) to undertake the installation of new Enso International Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants and decommissioning of existing sewage treatment works at the following Wiltshire Council Housing Stock locations, to ensure the ongoing water quality discharge at all sites, and to remove the need for ongoing and future monthly tanker visits and the costs associated with this for these sites (Site No.6 is Civil Engineering Accommodation Works Only for a future Scheme): 1.
