The Office of Civil Society (OCS) within the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is looking to find two suitable suppliers to contribute to the co-design and delivery of the Mutuals Support Programme 2. This will be a comprehensive support programme offering a wide range of professional and peer advice, tools and guidance organisations need to consider, develop and / or grow a public service mutual. £1 — £1.225 million for the initial contract period of 28 months. £2 to £2.225 million including potential extensions. Key ambitions of the programme are to: — inspire and make it easier to consider/set up PSMs, — generate strong prospects for mutualisation in the delivery of public services. — inspire and strengthen PSMs' ability to sustain, grow and compete. — promote understanding and recognition of the PSM model and its impacts — generate evidence of PSM impact, benefits and challenges, and what it takes to successfully develop and grow PSMs.
