Request For Information (RFI) IT solution to carry out core housing register functions

Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information for the purpose of establishing whether there is an established IT solution available to carry out core housing register functions and nominations that provides support to enable joint working between a local authority and registered providers outside a choice based lettings agreement. The overall purpose is the design and implementation of a solution to support the process by which applicants to Herefordshire Council's Housing Register secure accommodation from housing providers, in accordance with the agreed allocation policy and individual nomination agreements. Information provided will assist the council in finalising the requirements of the solution and approach to the market.
