Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) is requesting information about re-commissioning its county wide short breaks services including: • Residential short breaks • Early Help community short breaks • Domiciliary Care (to support care packages in the child's home and as short breaks supporting activities in the home and in the community). Please see the attached document which includes an introduction and questionnaire. The deadline for receipt of responses to this request for information is midday on Monday 13th November 2017.
