The objective of the Authority is to establish an experienced and competent : • Contractor who is trained and experienced in the delivery of electrical maintenance services. • Contractor who will fulfil the works as stated in this contract without any disruptions. • Contractor who is flexible in its approach and has the ability to cope with changing environments, processes, and requirements. • Contractor who actively pursues opportunities for value for money to the Authority. • Contractor who is able to proactively engage with and respond to change requirements by local and national authorities of Israel. • Contractor who fully complies with all contractual obligations, national, and international laws. • Contractor who fully complies with environmental requirements, as specified by the Authority.
