Provision of Care Services within 2 Extra Care Schemes

St Helens Council is seeking to award a single contract for the delivery of a care service at the following extra care locations within St Helens. Locations – Heald Farm Court and Parr Mount Court Both locations are managed by Helena Partnerships Limited. The contract is to provide a 24x7 care service at the 2 above locations. This is for the delivery of a personal care service which enables an individual to maintain their independence and dignity. The care service is a core and flexi model with delivered daytime care hours being paid on actual usage with a separate block payment to cover the core element and support the 24x7 aspect of each scheme. The contracts will run for an initial 36 month period from 16th April 2018 to 15th April 2021, subject to an annual review, with an option of two 12 month extension periods.
