Documents available from www.advantageswtenders.co.uk A multi-Lot, multi-supplier framework for the provision to Advantage SW and its members of legal advice in the following areas: Lot 1 — New Build Development Lot 2 — Existing property Lot 3 — Treasury and Governance Lot 4 — Other corporate This service is covered by UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Chapter 3 Section 7. Consequently Advantage SW will comply with the requirements of that Section which are procedurally less prescribed than those of Chapter 2. Whilst our process will be based on a restricted procedure we will not be held to be required to comply with Chapter 2 requirements. Provision of legal advice concerning the development and delivery of new build properties. Provision of legal advice concerning the management and disposal of existing properties. Provision of legal advice concerning Treasury and Governance issues. Provision of legal advice concerning Corporate Services including inter alia: Employment advice; Corporate Policies and Procedures; Commercial contracts (including Supporting People contracts); Debt recovery; EU Procurement law; Commercial disputes; Grant applications e.g. Big Lottery funding; IT and information law including system maintenance and support agreements, defamation and the internet, and intellectual property; Data protection and freedom of information; Miscellaneous advice such as occasional advice on such matters as Financial inclusion/general advice to tenants, consumer credit licence issues, health and safety, defamation,fraud, insolvency judicial reviews and public law issues including Human Rights Act.
