North Lincolnshire Council is looking to procure a ‘Road Safety Triage’ and ‘Managed Data’ Service on behalf of the ‘Safer Roads Humber’ partnership incorporating the 4 Humber region Authorities (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, East Riding of Yorkshire and City of Hull) to help deliver the following: To comply with the ‘Duty to Maintain the Highway — Highway Act 1980 (section 41)’, To comply with the ‘Duty to Improve Road Safety — Road Traffic Act 1988 (section 39)’, To comply with the ‘Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007’. The Contract will be managed by North East Lincolnshire Council.
