Tender description
Building on the successes of the previous TPO (Trusted Partner Organisation) pilot in 2016, Suffolk County Council are looking to conduct an additional county-wide pilot, including North Suffolk. The TPO County pilot project is a progressive step that Suffolk is taking with some of its care sector partners in undertaking a comprehensive and holistic assessment of customer's needs under the Care Act.
