Tender description

Doncaster CCG has commissioned Clinical Assessment Beds across the Doncaster area from Nursing Home providers to facilitate patient transfer from an acute care bed to a complex assessment bed. The Successful Providers will accept direct referrals from acute Providers, and work in partnership with them to facilitate the transfer in to the complex assessment beds and then to co-ordinate the patients' discharge into their future place of residence. Complex Assessment EMI Beds to support Acute discharge. Nursing EMI Beds for Doncaster Patients.
