Tender description
The Provider will promote independent living by offering a range of advice and support services to people over the age of 18, their Carer(s) (including parent(s)) and/or a nominated person where a person lacks mental capacity or is under the age of 18. The specific purpose is to ensure that individuals are able to make an informed choice about their social care and/or health services, or other relevant services. This will include the provider making their advice and support services available to anyone who has a support and/or care need, the individual's representative or individuals who self-fund their support needs. Arrangement of Care Wirral and Cheshire East Councils have an option to use this contract. There is no guarantee that either or both of the LA's will use this contract so providers should not assume any volume of business. If the LA's decide to utilise the contract, they will establish their own contract with you using the terms and conditions set out in this contract.
