Grounds maintenance - Portchester Crematorium - AWARD

Tender description

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to delivering high standard grounds maintenance services at Portchester Crematorium, Fareham. The grounds are extensively landscaped and typical areas of maintenance include extensive lawns and flower, shrub, rose and heather beds. Hedges, ponds, rockery, bulb borders and internal display are also included. The contract will commence on 2 January 2018 and will run for an initial base term of 5 years extendable in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties, to a maximum total term of 10 years. The estimated value of the contract is approx. ?60k per annum. Set out below is the proposed procurement timetable. This is intended as a guide and, whilst the Authority does not intend to depart from the timetable, it reserves the right to do so at any time.
