Tender description

The DVLA requires a specialist to provide industry best practice experience and patterns for the implementation of CQRS/ES in concrete applications. The patterns the specialist will provide will be used by the DVLA's implementation teams and so we also require that the specialist will review the actual implementations of these patterns. The specialist will work to a pipeline of work that has been prioritised by the DVLA. We anticipate this may take up to six months but acknowledge that this could take longer. Outputs delivered within this six months are required to be built to industry best-practice implementations.
