Contract Amendment No.6 This amendment relates to a further short term "Nil Cost" extension of time only, to provide contractual cover while the proposed ten month extension is reviewed by Secretary of State (SoS), in accordance with the PO 6527 Terms and Conditions. Any subsequent progression to the ten month extension period is dependent upon supplier performance, continued demonstration of VfM and the requisite DFID approval process. If the submission is not approved by SoS, associated staffing costs incurred for the interim period may be reconciled with identified programme underspend, any such costs will be fully substantiated and approved by the Programme Team accordingly. Additionally this amendment rectifies a typographical error the "start date" detailed in the previous amendment number 5. All other Terms and Conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
