The current site on Ravensbury Phase One consists of 50 number derelict garages and a two storey building; all of which will require demolition. The scope of works will include: — Completion of the design from RIBA Stage 3 onwards; — Site clearance, site set-up and remediation works; — Demolition of the existing apartment block (64-70 Ravensbury Grove) and 50 number garages; — Construction of 14 number residential flats across 2 blocks, 4 number residential Riverfront Houses, and 3 number Mews Houses; — All associated utilities works and drainage; — Re-alignment of Roads and Vehicular access and Parking; — Cycle and refuse storage; — Hard and Soft Landscaping works.
