Tender description
Pobl Group is proposing to develop a greenfield site located at Ty Mawr Croespenmaen, to create a mixture of one and two bedroom residential properties. The site will require development work to be undertaken to both hard and soft landscaping, as well as new services infrastructure and Section 278 Works. The contractor chosen will be required to build the scheme and employ a suitably qualified design team (including the novated design team commissioned by the Client) to ensure the requirements of Pobl Group and any legal obligations in respect of designs are met. As set out in the PQQ.
