Tender description
Culmstock Parish Council own a small riverside meadow, donated by the Collier family, on the east bank of the Culm river, opposite The Strand, Culmstock, and wish to make it accessible to locals and visitors. The proposed site, opposite an existing war memorial to the south of The Strand was located as the preferred location for the new bridge (see drawing CPC.184.01).
