Closed Landfill Sites Review - Early Market Engagement

Wigan Council seek to carry out an early engagement exercise in the form of a questionnaire to gauge levels of interest in and views on proposed approach for a technical review of current and closed landfill sites in Wigan Borough. We have enclosed a briefing and accompanying questionnaire and request review, completion and return via The Chest by 12pm on 5th November 2017. Please be aware that this is 'soft market testing' and is not a tender/quotation exercise. If Wigan Council undertake a procurement process for this service, it will be a separate exercise advertised appropriately and participation, or otherwise, in this early engagement exercise will not lead to any advantage or disadvantage.
