Tender description
Construction of 22 flats, Inglefield Street, Govanhill, Glasgow. Govanhill Housing Association has identified the site as being the only feasible location within it's area of operation for the development of much needed social housing. The site is owned by the Contractor who has made the sale of the site to the Association contingent upon it's appointment as contractor to develop the site by way of a design and build contract. Accordingly the Contractor is the only economic operator with the right to transfer the site to the Association they are awarding the Contract without prior publication of a Contract Notice.
