The contract is for the provision of a proposed development of 14 new build social housing units at Moyard Parade,Belfast. The proposed mix is: — 6 5-person, 3-bedroom general needs Houses, — 8 3-person, 2-bedroom general needs Houses. The contract is for the provision of a proposed development of 14 new build social housing units at Moyard Parade,Belfast. The proposed mix is: — 6 5-person, 3-bedroom general needs Houses, — 8 3-person, 2-bedroom general needs Houses. The proposed development will include associated vehicle and pedestrian access and car parking spaces. Please note this mix is subject to change based on the outcome of a current Planning Application. The site is a 0.4 Ha brownfield site in a mainly residential area, currently occupied by a derelict playpark. Site surveys are still to be undertaken. The contractor will be responsible for all services etc. to develop this site and for providing, prior to completion, the relevant statutory approvals and documentation. The scheme is to be on site in early 2018. The contract period is anticipated to be 14 months.
