Tender description

The College has experienced a recent significant increase in teaching, clinical and research activities. This is now put increasing pressure on the College's buildings and facilities more, particularly at the Hawkshead Campus. The College has therefore decided to embark upon a significant project to expand and develop the heart of its Hawkshead Campus. Due to the anticipated scale of the scheme, the College is now embarking upon a Restricted OJEU Procurement Process, in order to select the right team of design professionals to accompany them on this journey. The College is therefore seeking responses to this expression of interest for Architectural Design Services, Structural and Civil Engineering Design Services, Building Services Design and Cost Management. The provision of Architectural Design Services for the redevelopment of the RVC's Hawkshead Campus.
