TP17/014 - Contract for Laboratory Analysis of Waters

Waste Management (WM) is currently responsible for managing 19 closed landfill sites. A key part of this is water quality monitoring of groundwaters, landfill leachates and surface waters. As well as in-situ testing which is undertaken in-house, laboratory analysis of samples against pre-defined suites of determinands is required. The Authority is seeking a Provider to deliver the following services; • Monthly laboratory analysis of a range of groundwater, landfill leachate and surface water samples measured against the suites of testing shown in Table1. • Provision of all sample containers required to carry out this task combined with a courier service who will collect samples and transport to the laboratory for analysis. • The reporting of results, which ideally would be via a secure on-line account and email. Submissions must be received by November 3rd 2017. The contract term is three years (36 months). The contract is anticipated to commence from Monday 13th November 2017.
