Tender description

Gen2 in conjunction with Kent County Council require the clearance of four areas in Sessions House, Maidstone, on a four phased basis. The total clearances will involve at least 75 large wooden desks, 55 storage cabinets, 15 four draw filing cabinets and 6 bookcases; plus some ancillary items such as broken fans, or defunct stationary. Final numbers in each phase to be identified at site inspection. If you have an interest in providing quotation for this work please can you make your submission by 4pm, Wednesday 18th October. The quotation will need to be set out separately according to the phases. We expect the disposal to be sustainable and require evidence of your approach. You will require public liability insurance of £5 million. The work will take place in the next 3 months, with the first 2 phases needed at the end of October.
