Tender description

The Houses of the Oireachtas Service invites proposals from interested parties for the provision of a Voice and Data Network Maintenance and Support service. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, advice and assistance in the areas of: — Maintenance and support of the current hardware and software (details included at Appendix A Section 3.1). — Capacity to provide training in aspects of voice and data hardware & software, on- or off-site at the contracting authority's discretion — Rationalisation of current environment, e.g. reduction of PRAs, utilising new technologies etc. — Supply of Alcatel-Lucent networking and telecoms devices as required. — Future needs relating to telephony and data services.
