Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of building Contractors to carry out repairs to stonework façade of Block MD, Magee Campus. Contractors please note that this is a Grade A Listed Building. The works will require specialist repairs at high level and all access to be provided by contractor in accordance with Safe Working at Heights Legislation. All buildings are occupied and access to /exit from the building must be maintained at all times. Also all noisy works will be required to be carried out, outside normal working hours (8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday).
