Tender description
The College wishes to appoint an outsourced Security provider for the provision of manned guards to supplement the College's in-house security and concierge provision. This is a competitive procurement process. The process falls under the Light Touch Regime of the EU Procurement Regulations. Accordingly while the full regulations do not apply the process has been designed to comply with and will be conducted in the spirit of the EU Procurement regulations and all College Financial Regulations. A contract for the provision of security services (manned guarding) is required to supplement the College's in house security and concierge.
