Tender description

The establishment of a 5 year maximum term Framework Agreement for the provision of decked parking solutions for the West Midlands Combined Authority's (WMCA) Park and Ride facilities. As new land for the expansion of Park and Ride facilities is in short supply in the WMCA area, decked parking may become the preferred solution to satisfy the requirement for additional parking provision at existing Rail, Bus and Metro facilities and also for new locations. A separate framework is required due to the specialist nature of this product. Various decked options may be required dependent on the location, demand and design with the majority likely to be future-proofed to add additional decks if subsequently required. The framework is for the supply and installation of decking on site. Each call-off will normally be awarded via a suitable mini competition process. The evaluation criteria may vary for each mini competition dependent on the characteristics of each particular site.
