P3367 Property Management Landlord and Tenant Lease Renewals

High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council 'The Councils' require professional RICS accredited Chartered Surveyor or surveying practice (Surveyor) proficient in conducting both rent reviews and lease renewals and other Landlord and Tenant matters to advise and negotiate resolutions to a number of outstanding rent reviews and lease renewals within the commercial property portfolio of SMDC and HPBC. On completion of the outstanding lease events the council will require a Surveyor to provide this service for 2 years as lease renewals and rent reviews become actionable with time across both estates. The Councils may also require some ad-hoc professional advice on property management and/or Landlord and Tenant matters across the commercial estate for the period of the contract.
