The Association's current mobile telephony portfolio includes. a. 187 voice connections. b. 85 mobile broadband connections. c. A range of hardware types in use. d. Contracts delivered by multiple suppliers. e. Connections on different networks. The Association have an immediate requirement for increased reporting, improved service levels, expenditure reduction and simplification of provision of management information across their mobile telephony portfolio. To this end the Association have identified a requirement for a consolidated mobile telephony service provision from a single supplier. This is to include the existing voice connections and their associated mobile data usage. Existing mobile broadband connections will be excluded from this, however the option for future new mobile broadband connections to be provided under the same single service provision would be expected. 4.1.
