Maintenance and repair of reprographic machinery

Tender description

A group of 5 schools within the ECM Trust are looking to replace their existing photocopiers and potentially wish to award a contract to 1 provider for all their requirements subject to price and quality criteria. However there is no guarantee that the individual schools will award the contract and they reserve the right to split the award between a number of providers. The schools are looking for a cost effective and responsive provider who has knowledge and experience of the education market in particular to supply photocopier/MFD machines on a lease basis. The contract will be for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Should the schools take up the option to extend they may wish to change machines at this point.
