Summary of the work A Delivery Manager to support the Crypto project teams in MOD ISS organisation. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring production and endorsement of Military Requirements documents including Use Cases, CONEMP, CONUSE etc and Test & Evaluation plans that are optimised to enable successful delivery of the associated projects. Who Speclialist Work With All civilian and military personnel within the Crypto team, external stakeholders from industry and the wider MOD as well as some collaborative working with colleagues from GCHQ. What Specialists Work On Delivery Manager for ISS Cryptographic projects, will play a key role in providing Requirements and Test and Evaluation support to a number of crypto projects so we are looking for candidates with strong military requirements background coupled with exposure of working within a high grade crypto environment. You will advise on the delivery of strategic requirements, the associated document set and Test and Evaluation planning. This includes construction and agreement of User Requirement Documents, System Requirement Documents, Integrated Test and Evaluation plans, Use Cases, CONUSE, CONEMP etc alongside advice and guidance on all military requirements. Skills & Experience • Previous experience of delivery of Integrated Test and Evaluation Plans - 30% • Previous experience as a Service Manager in a military project environment - 30% • Previous experience in a Crypto environment - 20% • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - 10% • Proven ability to work in a multi-function team - 10% Nice to Haves N/A Work Location ISS, Building 405, Spur F1, Westwells Road, MOD Corsham, SN13 9NR Working Arrangments All tasking will take place from MoD Corsham, with the need to travel to stakeholders and Industry partners when required under the direction of the MOD Senior Project Manager. You are required 5 days a week, the working day is 8 hours to include 30 minutes for lunch. Overnight visits will only be permitted if permission is sought in advance. These individuals will report to Sue Daniels. Security Clearance SC Clearance must be in place prior to the contract starting due to the projects the individual is required to work with although DV clearance would be helpful Additional T&Cs Intermediaries legislation applies to this assignment (Inside IR35), take this into account when choosing your candidate and ensure they are aware at the outset.
