Tender description

Somerset County Council would like to invite any and all interested parties for the delivery of holistic support services to people living in sheltered housing in the Mendip area. We are about to consult and engage with people on how support could look in the future, therefore we are looking for a provider to help us on that journey and shape the vision. This is a shorter term opportunity, but hugely important and valued to the people that access it. There will be some challenges and difficulties in ahead, but it's an exciting time to be part of the transformation on great community support and how it can help people be as independent as possible and make positive changes in their lives. This is an opportunity to hear the good and the bad, ask questions that you feel relevant and hear about next steps. All interested organisations are invited to attend an event to hear more information from Adult Social Care Commissioning Team.
