Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) invited bids from organisations who would be interested in providing: — Lot 1 — A - Rotherham's Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service that meets the needs of adult drug and alcohol users resident in Rotherham. — Lot 2 — B - A Specialist Drug and Alcohol Treatment Service that meets the needs of adult drug and/or alcohol users aged 18 or over resident in Rotherham including those currently in custody e.g. planning for release who are identified as in need for drug and/or alcohol treatment.
