Tender description

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham would like to invite Potential Providers to participate in the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Extra Care Housing (ECH) services across three boroughs (The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council). Any questions about this procurement should be submitted in writing via the capitalEsourcing Portal. Potential Providers must clearly indicate when submitting a question, which (if any) part of their question they view as confidential and applicable only to the Potential Provider submitting the question. The closing date for all clarifications is 17:00 hours on 10.11.2017. Potential Providers are required to submit their completed Selection Questionnaire by the 17.11.2017 at 3:00 hours via the e procurement portal (capitalEsourcing Portal) on www.capitalEsourcing.com Lot 1: London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham The Services will provide accommodation based care and support to enable mostly (but not exclusively) older people to develop or maintain their independence, minimise the risk of social exclusion and improve their quality of life, thus preventing loss of home or tenancy and significant reduction in the use of more institutional forms of care. Lot 2: The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea The Services will provide accommodation based care and support to enable mostly (but not exclusively) older people to develop or maintain their independence, minimise the risk of social exclusion and improve their quality of life, thus preventing loss of home or tenancy and significant reduction in the use of more institutional forms of care.
