P2017/1337/PE — The Provision of a Consolidated Advocacy Service for Adults. The Council has a duty to provide a range of independent advocacy for qualifying individuals. This includes Independent Mental Health Advocacy, Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy, Care Act Advocacy, Relevant Persons Representatives and Rule 3A Representatives to the Court of Protection and dedicated advocacy to people with a sensory impairment.
