Tender description

Coillte wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of gravel/crushed stone for forest road construction and maintenance to various forest sites throughout the country. The framework agreement will establish the terms governing the contracts to be awarded during the specified time period, with particular regard to price, product specification and capability to provide the materials required. Coillte Forest hereby invites tenders for admittance to the above framework agreement. Coillte Forest is using an open procedure to establish this framework agreement, which means that the any interested party is entitled to submit a tender, once they are registered on the Coillte Supplier Management System. Bidders must familiarise themselves with Coillte's specifications for forest roading material requirements before submitting a bid. This can be found as an appendix in this bid document. Lot 1 — Supply of Clause 803. Lot 2 — Supply of Clause 804. Lot 3 — Supply of Clause 805. Lot 4 — supply of Crush-run Stone or Pit-Run Gravel.
