We are seeking proposals for studies that explore future uses and applications of our data. Areas of interest include: Academic. How can the FSA’s datasets be used to advance knowledge and generate actionable insight in alignment with the Agency’s strategic aims? What can we learn from this data that would enable the Agency to be forward-looking and innovative, in order to identify potential risks and opportunities? Economic. How can the FSA’s datasets be used to generate ways of working that are more efficient, or to create opportunities for businesses to generate new income streams? Regulatory. Can our data generate new ways of conducting food surveillance and monitoring, with the aim of ensuring that food is safe and what it says it is? Other. What other ways can our data be used? For example, how can our datasets empower consumers to make the best choices regarding food?
