An Post has contracted for Total Facilities Management services, including mechanical, electrical, building services, cleaning and helpdesk services to its circa 200 buildings in the Republic of Ireland designed to deliver the optimal value for money solution. Service to be provided across 4 specific Lots. The indicative outline of each Lot is detailed below. Lot 1: Dublin City and County. Lot 2: North: Meath, Louth, Monaghan, Cavan, Westmeath, Laois, Offaly, Longford, Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Leitrim, Roscommon, Galway, Clare. Lot 3: South: Limerick, Tipperary, Kildare, Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Cork and Kerry. Lot 4: Mail Centres located in Dublin, Portlaoise, Athlone and Cork.
