Tender description

The Trust would like to ensure that these packs can be provided to the wards at WUTH for use by patients in the period immediately after discharge until their next prescription is obtained. The use of WCFT formulary products will both ensure continuity of care for patients and ensure that we are receiving value for money. We would like to ensure that there is only one company providing these free of charge packs to the wards at WUTH in order to ensure a consistent supply of products and we are inviting expressions of interest to provide these packs on this basis. It is expected that this arrangement would remain in place for a period of 2 years initially. Keywords: Free, Catheter packs
