This is an award notice for Estates Professional Services Further Competition under CCS Framework RM928. This is an award notice for phase 1a. The responses to this Invitation to Tender was for both phase 1a and phase 1b. The Council is not committing at this stage to the completion of both phases of the project and will review the evidence, findings and recommendations from Phase 1a, before committing to phase 1b. The Council also reserves the right to appoint its own property managers for phase 1b.
