Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice and as such the procurement process has now ended. The Research, Appraisal and Support Framework consists of three closely aligned areas — Finance and Technical Support; Project Development, Appraisal, Delivery & Review and Research. This particular Notice relates to Lot 2 Project Development, Appraisal, Delivery and Review. The Framework has been awarded for 3 years with an optional 1 year extension. It is estimated that the total value of the services for this Lot over the maximum duration of 4 years will be between 1 460 000 GBP and 1 600 000 GBP excluding VAT. This is the figure which has been used in II.1.7), II.2.4) & V.2.4). This is based on an estimated annual value of between 366 000 GBP and 400 000 GBP excluding VAT. These services will be required from October 2017 for a period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for a further one year period. The contract has been awarded under a multi supplier Framework basis. 6 suppliers have been appointed to this Lot. The total value of the Project Development, Appraisal, Delivery and Review framework, including any possible extensions, is up to 1 600 000 GBP
