Tender description

Contract Amendment No.6. This amendment relates to a revision to incorporate a twelve month extension to the contracted "End Date" in accordance with the PO5976 Terms and Conditions. This increases the overall financial limit by £2,376,505 with Professional Indemnity Insurance cover revised accordingly. All other Terms and Conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
