Design and Construction of an Affordable Rented Housing Scheme on Beechtrees, Skelmersdale

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the design and construction of an affordable rented housing scheme consisting of 36No. 2-storey, 4-person houses on Beechtrees in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, following demolition of existing properties to be completed under a separate contract. Properties are to be constructed in 3 adjacent areas separated by the existing road network. The works include for the new housing together with all associated external works, drainage, service connections and the like. The properties are to be handed back to the client using sectional completion. JCT Design and Build Contract 2011 Edition (amended) will apply.
