Tender description

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs wishes to establish contractual arrangements for the Provision of ICT Services and Solutions to assist in the delivery of ICT enabled change programmes. The services include application development, technical delivery support, business intelligence, testing, GIS and data management. The services and solutions will assist in delivering line of business software solutions and outcomes. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded by Aug 2017. The Contract will be awarded in two lots Lot 1 Digital Solution Development and Lot 2 Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Please note that this competition has been published without budget approval in the expectation that this will be in place by the time the contract is to be awarded. In the event that approval is not received, the value or term may be adjusted or there maybe no award made. Tenderers should take this into account when deciding whether to bid for this opportunity.
